Are you a habitual procrastinator? If you landed on this page, chances are that you procrastinate. In this world of technology, you are surrounded by technology products which can distract you quite a lot and aid in your procrastinating habit.

As such, to curb the harmful impact of technology on you and your productivity, you have to introduce ways to curb your addiction and senseless use of your technology products, most notably your smartphone.
